The Annual General Meeting of the Association will take place at The New Conservative Club 146 Station Road Beeston.

All full paid members of the Association have been circulated with the Agenda and a Nomination Form for the election of President, Chairman, Vice-Chairman - Political, Vice Chairman - Fund Raising, Vice-Chairman - Technology, Treasurer, Secretary and 5 Management Committee Members.  Nominations need to be sent to Eileen Atherton, 4 Penrhyn Crescent, Chilwell, Nottingham NG9 5NZ. by 12.noon on Friday 15th March 2013.
